We've been rolling out a ton of new functionality over the last few weeks helping to make using Jezzam as easy as pie
We're continually improving Jezzam to make it even easier to use. We've added so many new features over the past few weeks, it's hard to know where to start. Here are a few to whet your appetite:
New view/edit dialog
We've completely updated the look of the "View/Edit" dialog to match the "Add new booking" dialog. The new look makes the whole experience of creating and updating Service bookings consistent right across the Admin Calendar.
More than that, we've also added new features to allow custom field and payment updates making it easy to view and update bookings conveniently in one place.
Staff emails for bookings
It's important your staff are informed about upcoming bookings. By popular request, we've added the ability to optionally configure Jezzam to send emails to your staff when their bookings are confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled.
Focusing on your customers
We've added another option to allow you to choose whether your customer's name is displayed first when viewing bookings on the admin calendar.
It's a small detail but sometimes it's the small things that matter. And this can make a big difference for busy businesses, allowing you to see who's booked on busy days more easily.
Consistency is key
We've improved the user experience for your customers by updating pages used in the booking process to have a consistent look and layout. So whether they're accepting a pencilled in booking, making a payment or cancelling - the whole process has a uniform look and flow.
