Our cloud based infrastructure and continuous automated monitoring means that we operate Jezzam with high availability. Our technical team take care of it all so you don't have to.

We offer secure two factor authentication (2FA) as standard for all Jezzam users. It's optional but highly recommended. We work with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator and many other of the high quality apps out there. By downloading one of these free apps to your mobile phone and activating 2FA on your user account you can very simply add an extra layer of security to keep your data out of the hands of the hackers.

The use of strong passwords is an essential part of protecting your security and identity. Jezzam uses a robust password policy and we don't limit passwords to short lengths or certain formats. Jezzam never sends your passwords in emails and we don't store passwords in plain text.

Jezzam runs in the Cloud. One of the many benefits is that your data isn't stored locally. So if you lose a device or have a hard disk fail, your Jezzam data is safe and sound. And if Jezzam does have a problem we can use the automated daily backups provided by our infrastructure supplier to get you up and running again.
