Customer logins via Jezzam's User profile feature are available as standard so there is nothing to activate!


Your customers can simple register for a Jezzam User Profile during their first booking or at any time after that. Once they have registered they simply log in to view their User Profile page to manage their details or their bookings.

Do customer logins have any additional costs?

Nope! Customer logins using Jezzam's User profile feature are included for every user so there is no cost to you or your customers.

How do customers change their password?

To change a password in a User Profile:

  1. Log into your User Profile at https://app.jezzam.com/user
  2. Go to the "Password & Security" tab
  3. Enter your old password
  4. Now enter your new password
  5. Confirm your new password
  6. Click "Save"

If you've forgotten your password you can use Jezzam's password reset feature.

How do my customers switch on two-factor authentication?
