Creating a custom booking form is an easy two-step process. Firstly, you create the questions you need and then you add these to a form, selecting which services use this form. Jezzam then automates all the data collection for you,
To create a custom booking form, log into your Jezzam admin panel, navigate to Settings > Booking fields. Click on the "Custom booking fields" tab and create your questions. Then click on the "Custom booking forms" tab, create your form and add the questions you need to this form.
Jezzam offers a wide range of question types including text input, dropdown lists (single and multiple selection), radio buttons, checkboxes, yes/no questions, date fields, and options to simply display a message.
While you can create unlimited questions, each service booking page can have a maximum of 10 questions in total.
This helps you manage your data and keeps forms short. Simple booking forms are proven to increase booking conversion rates whereas long and complex booking forms can dramatically reduce booking completion.
