FAQ

How do a get the Direct Link to a service or event?

Simple. For services, in your Admin Panel go to Settings > Services. Select the service you want and then click on the "Access" tab. You'll see the "Direct Link" at the top. Click the "Copy to clipboard" link and you've got the link, ready to use.


For events, classes and courses, go to the Calendar in your Admin Panel. Click on the event you want and then click "Edit Event". Then click on the "Access" tab. You'll see the "Direct Link" at the top. Click the "Copy to clipboard" link and you've got the link, ready to use.


You can now use the link in your email and social media marketing to share with your clients.

Can I change a Direct Link?

Yes, use the information in the question above to get to the Direct Link. Next to the link you'll see a "Change" link. If you click this you'll be asked to confirm you want to change the Direct Link and then Jezzam will generate a new link for you.


When changing a Direct Link, any previous Direct links will no longer be work once you save the change.

How easy is it for my customers to sign up for member booking?

Extremely easy. Once you've sent your customers an invite via your Admin Panel, they simply need to click the link in the email.


They'll then be asked to enter their name, email and password and they're done!


You can invite existing customers to your different membership groups individually or you can send out bulk invites.

How to I create an unlisted service or event?

When creating or editing a service or event, on the "Access" tab, simply select the "Unlisted" option. It's as easy as that.


You can switch this option on or off when ever you need to.

Can I add a password to a service, an event, class or course so that customers have to enter this password when they book?

Absolutely! When creating or editing a service or event, on the "Access" tab, check the "Enable password for online booking" checkbox. Then enter and confirm the password you want to use.


You can then communicate this password to selected customers, adding exclusivity to the service. Other customers will be able to see the service but can only book when given the password.


You can change the password at any time if you need to and you can also switch the password feature off on the service if you no longer need it.

Can I create services and events that only certain groups of customers can book?

Yes, Jezzam's membership feature allows you to create different categories of customers. You can then invite selected customer to join these groups. After a simple registration process, the customers can then log in and can book any services and events their group has permission to book.


Adding permissions is done via the "Access" tab when creating or editing services and events.
