FAQ
How do I integrate with my payment provider?
In your Admin Panel, go to Settings > Payment Setup. Jezzam lets you select from 15 leading payment providers. Select your provider and then follow the instructions.
In a matter of clicks your Jezzam account will be automatically linked to your preferred payment provider and you can start taking online payments for your bookings instantly.
Are there extra fees for taking online payments?
Online payments are included for free in your Jezzam subscription. Other than the fees your payment provider takes for payment transactions, there are no other costs.
Do I have to take online payments?
Nope, Jezzam is flexible. You don't need to take online payments for your bookings (although having your customers pay in advance can remove some of the headaches associated with fee collection and no-shows).
You can take bookings without requiring payments. Once you've collected payment manually you can use Jezzam's payment payment features and reports to help you track who's paid and who hasn't.
You can also create free appointments and events which don't require any payments to be made at all.
Jezzam is very flexible so you can use any or all of the above in any combination. This allows Jezzam to fit to the way you work and not the other way round!
Does Jezzam track refunds?
Jezzam gives you control of your refunds. As refund policies can vary so widely, currently Jezzam does not automatically issue refunds for you.
Jezzam does let you track refunds though. When a paid-for booking gets cancelled, Jezzam flags the booking as requiring a refund and notifies you through your Admin Panel "Notification Centre". This allows you to refund the customer as required in line with your refund policy. You can then update the booking in Jezzam to keep track of the refund.
In this way Jezzam centralises your refund "to do" list, keeping everything in one place.
