What's the difference between Staff and Resources?

Great question! In Jezzam, a staff member is simply someone in your organisation who can be booked for an appointment or delivers a course, class, or workshop. It could be just you or your entire team.


A resource, on the other hand, is anything that can be booked that isn’t a person! Examples include tennis and other sports courts, offices, music practice spaces, hot desks, iPads for video calls, minibuses, or a village hall. In fact, almost anything that can be booked.


Jezzam’s powerful scheduling engine lets you create schedules for both Staff and Resources. You can even build sophisticated relationships between the two.


And no worries - if you don’t have Staff, there’s no need to set them up. The same goes for Resources. You can use one, the other, both, or neither. Jezzam is completely flexible, and you can always add them later if your needs change.


With Jezzam, you’re in control, and you only pay for what you use.

Can I upgrade and downgrade my plan?

Absolutely! You have complete control of your plan. You can add more bookings, staff and resources when you need to. Similarly, you can reduce these when you want too.

Jezzam lets you top up bookings if you're running low or you can increase your regular monthly booking allowance as your business grows.

If you take on more staff, simply add them in. If you have temporary staff, when a staff member leaves, just remove them from your plan. It's that simple.

Jezzam even lets you take payment holidays by suspending your account when ever you need to.

Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?

No, Jezzam is a monthly subscription service with no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you’ll only be billed for the current subscription period, and no further charges will apply.
